摘要
利用CO2激光器的简化速率方程模型,对高功率横流连续CO2激光器特性参数进行了全面的分析和探讨,建立了光腔小信号增益系数、饱和光强参数、激光输出功率和激光耦会输出窗口最佳透射率计算公式,其计算值与实验结果吻合,为激光器的设计和运行提供了快捷、简便的计算依据.
The characteristic parameters of a transverse-flow cw CO2laser are discussed andanalyzed by the use of simplified rate equations for the population densities ofNzvibrationally excited level and the CO2 (00°1) 1evel. The equations for the small-signalgain, the saturation intensity, the laser output power, and the optimal output-couplingcoefficient of a resonator are presented. The calculated values are fairly close to theexperimentally measured values.
