摘要
从项目概况、布局及规划方案、资金筹措计划、开发建设后的效益、收益风险评价和环境生态评价5个方面进行研究,论证了其设立省级经济开发区的可行性。
The author makes a research on the project profile,layout and planning scheme,financing plan,the benefit of development and construction,evaluation of income risk and environmental ecology and demonstrates the feasibility of setting provincial economic development zone in Fuli Town.
