118例儿童眼外伤临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 118 Cases Children Ocular Trauma

目的:通过对儿童眼外伤各相关因素的分析,进一步探讨儿童眼外伤的防治措施。方法:对118例(128眼)住院儿童眼外伤的致病因素、年龄、性别、临床治疗及并发症进行分析。结果:儿童眼外伤的发生男多于女;发病年龄多在8～14岁;眼球穿通伤居首位;致伤物依次为:锐器伤、爆炸伤、挫伤等;农村患儿多;致盲因素主要是并发症。结论:眼外伤是儿童致盲原因之一。应利用媒体等各种渠道加大力度宣传其危害性,提高全民的防范意识,对防治具有重大意义。

Objective： To discuss the prevention measures for children ocular trauma through the analysis of the relative factors. Methods： 128 eyes of 118 patients were included in the study. The pathogenic factors, age, sex, clinical treatment and complications were analyzed. Results：Children ocular trauma happened in male more than in female. Most of them happened between 8 and 14years old. The most common ocular injury was the penetrating eye injury. The causes of trauma were as follows： sharp instrument injury, explosion wounded, contusions, etc. Rural children were more than urban children. Blindness was mainly due to complications. Conclusion： Ocular trauma might be one of the causes of children blindness. We should use media and other channels to intensify publicity its hazardous nature and to improve people＇s awareness of prevention. It should have great significance.
