对“安乐死”在我国合法化的管窥之见

Perspectives on the Legalization of Euthanasia in China

长期以来,"安乐死"的问题一直是人们广泛争议的话题,它不仅牵涉到医学、伦理、道德、法律、社会学、哲学等诸多领域的理论和观念,而且也面对着许多复杂的实践中的诸多社会问题,所以对于"安乐死合法化"这样一个事关生命权的问题,在法律上、伦理上,都需要一个日臻成熟的理性认知过程,而目前我国尚不具备在短时间内通过立法的方式使安乐死合法化。

Euthanasia is a very complicated issue and it involves medical science,ethics,moral,laws,sociology,and philosophy,etc.It is also confronted with many social problems.Thus a rational and mature cognitive process is required regards as its legalization,which is vital to life and life right.It is considered that euthanasia can not be legalized in China in a short term.
