摘要
结合我国第三部门的发展趋势对我国消费者协会的性质和功能进行了重新定位,并进一步明确了其组织结构,指出了制约我国消费者协会发展的瓶颈及其改革的方向。
In combination with the development trend of the third department,the author reposition the nature and function of China's consumers' association,makes clear its organization structures,and points out the bottleneck restricting the development of consumers' association and the direction of its reform.
