通过走访房地产开发建设单位、对垄断收费行业进行实际调研,在掌握了与涉房垄断相关的收费项目、标准以及开发企业和社会的反应,分析垄断收费存在的问题及其成因,在此基础上,提出了打破垄断、解决垄断收费问题的相关建议。

Interviewing some real estate enterprises,surveying monopolized enterprises,and learning the real estate enterprises＇ charging items,standards and the response of the enterprises and the public,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of monopoly charges and puts forward suggestions on how to break the monopoly and to solve the problems in monopoly charges.
