摘要
以连云港为龙头的江苏沿海开发上升为国家层面,连云港应着力研究如何积极承载历史源流,挖掘区域文化特质,彰显山海文化特色,打造激昂向上、富有活力、魄力独特的连云港地域文化,切实提升城市综合实力,锻铸连云港在区域经济合作与竞争中的集聚、辐射、带动能力,承载起连接南北、沟通东西的国家重要经济枢纽历史重任,建设我国东部沿海重要的经济增长极。
Based on promoting coastal development of Jiangsu Provice,combining with the development localization and reality of constructing international coastal city of Lianyungang,the author discusses promoting history,establishing in ocean and stepping towards the world stage,with inheritance of local culture essence and illustration of regional culture characteristics.The culture of Lianyungang city which meets the development needs of international marine city and differs from other cities should promoted.
