高校继续教育学生党建工作研究

On Party Construction among Students of College Continuing Education

在论述继续教育学生特殊性的基础上,对高校继续教育学生党建工作的现状进行客观分析,并针对其表现出的入党动机功利化、网络信息庞杂的消极影响、党员发展标准的偏差及"简单程序化"和党员教育管理机制缺乏活力、学生党员先锋示范作用不突出等问题,从加强党员继续教育和支部建设,以及推进党建和思想政治工作电子化、网络化等方面提出了积极的建议。

Due to the particularities of continuing education students,status analysis is attached to the CPC construction among students of college continuing education.Problems are analyzed as utilitarianism in the motivation of joining the Party,negative effect of explosive network information,bias and routinization in standards of developing party members,activeness deficiency in education and management system,and so on.Strategies are proposed in three aspects,including continuous education to Party members and Party branches construction.
