在大力发展现代服务业的政策背景下,对于高职文科专业人才培养来说,必须着眼现代服务业的发展特点,积极调整专业设置,科学定位人才规格,注重优化人才培养模式,坚持走以产业链建构专业链,依托专业+实体的发展路子,积极推行"1+0.5+0.5+0.5+0.5"的工学结合模式,培养兼具岗位适应性和职业迁移性的复合型人才。

The talent training of arts students in higher vocational institutions must be oriented to the characteristics of modern service industry,adjust its specialty setting initiatively,set talent requirements scientifically,and optimize the training model.Sticking to the combination of specialty and entity,advocating the ＂1＋0.5＋0.5＋0.5＋0.5＂ model,the inter-disciplinary talents are expected to be trained who has aptitude for changing position and vocation.
