硕士研究生学习生活现状调查与分析——以湖南省三所高校为例

The investigation and analysis of learning-life status of postgraduates——Taking the investigation of three universities in Hunan Province as an example

随着我国研究生教育规模的扩大,提高研究生培养质量越来越受到社会的广泛关注。文章利用问卷调查的形式,对湖南省三所高校硕士研究生的学习生活状况进行了调查。发现研究生总体上政治觉悟高,政治素质较好,有明确的政治发展方向,爱国热情也很高;比较喜欢所学专业,对于自身发展方向有更理性的看法;注重人际交往,重视人际资源的积累,能正确处理多方面关系;婚姻与爱情的观念比较开放;对自我表现和导师的满意度相对较高;但存在承受的压力大,自主学习积极性不高,课堂出勤率较低、科学研究能力和社会实践能力相对缺乏,对课程设置和教学内容满意度有待提高等问题,针对这些问题提出了具体建议。

With the enlargement of postgraduate education scale,improving the training quality of postgraduates is more and more widely concerned by society.This paper uses the form of questionnaire survey to investigate learning-life status of postgraduates of three universities in Hunan province and finds that postgraduates generally have high political consciousness,good political quality,clear political development direction,and high patriotic enthusiasm;they prefer their major and have more rational views to their own development direction;they pay attention to interpersonal communication and the accumulation of human resources,handle various relations correctly;The concept of marriage and love are open-minded;The satisfaction of self-expression and tutors is relatively high;but they are under more pressure,autonomous learning enthusiasm is not high,classroom attendance is low,the ability of scientific research and social practice is relatively deficient,the curriculum and teaching contents satisfaction should be further enhanced,etc.,and this paper puts forward concrete suggestions aiming at these problems.
