培养优秀人才,特别是培养能适应时代要求、有较强创新意识和创造能力的人才,是当前形势下高校的一项重要任务。学生专业社团在培养学生的专业兴趣、提高应用能力和启发创新精神等方面发挥着独特的作用。文章从精心打造专业兴趣团队,努力构建专业学生链、校友链和企业链,尽快提升毕业生的就业力、创业力和职业发展力,大力提高高校创新创业教育的有效性,加快促进大学生的个性发展以及实现其价值追求等方面进行了探索与实践。

An important task of colleges is to cultivate talents,especially those who can meet the requirements of the times and have the sense of innovation and creativity.The students＇ professional associations play a unique role in raising students＇ professional interests and cultivating their application abilities and innovation spirits.This paper focuses on the exploration and practice in the efforts to build professional interest groups,establish professional students,alumni and enterprise chains,and promote the employment,creativity and career development of graduates,thus enhance the effectiveness of college innovation and entrepreneurship education,promote college students＇ individual character development and realize their value pursuits.
