高校图书馆发展定题服务的理性思考

The rational considerations about developing SDI of college library

传统定题服务应用环境发生了很大的变化,数字信息时代,定题服务的概念与内涵应与时俱进。文章在分析定题服务应用环境变化的基础上,从服务范围或对象、服务策略、服务方式、服务周期、服务结果方面对其概念和内涵进行了重新界定,指出高校图书馆应注意把握服务层次,慎重发展定题服务。

There is a great change in application environment of the Traditional SDI（Selective Dissemination of Information） and digital information,so the concept and connotation of SDI service should advance with the times.On the basis of analyzing the change of application environment of the SDI,from the sides of service range or service objects,service strategy,service mode,service period and service results,this paper redefines its concept and connotation.Finally it points out that college library should grasp service level and be careful to develop SDI service.
