基于DNA熔解温度设计新型基因探针的探索

摘要 应用计算熔解温度的方法,探索应用该方法设计新型基因探针的可能性.利用荧光检测技术进行靶DNA与错配DNA链的鉴别,从而研究了DNA熔解温度对设计新型基因探针的影响. A research on the possibility to design novel probes by using the method of calculating melting temperature has been done.The authors of this paper use fluorescence detection to identity the target and one-base mismatched DNA.By doing this,the authors want to study the influence of melting temperature on the design of novel probes.
