摘要
本文主要是对某钢2250热轧F5-F7主传动轴集油盒寿命太短问题的发现及解决,做出了较详细的阐述,通过对主传动轴集油盒的失效情况、工作状况进行分析,推导了其寿命太短的可能原因,最后通过一系列改造措施,较大程度的提高了传动轴使用寿命。
This article has analysed thereason of short working life of the Gear-type mill drive spindles andsolveathis problem in 2250 HSM LINE. To analyzed the invalidation and the working status of the Gear- type milldrive spindles oil collection, we know the conceivable reasons of the short life. Then, we carry through alots o freconstruction, improved the life ofthespindlesto alongtime.
