摘要
3×2500m3高炉因煤气洗涤水质达不到要求,造成戴维塔喷嘴堵塞、冷却塔结垢和塌陷。选用聚铝、复合碱性氯化铝(PAC)、ZMT-642高分子絮凝剂和ZMD-400缓蚀阻垢剂进行药剂处理效果优化试验,最终确定较佳的处理方案为:ZMT-642 1.0-1.5ppm,ZMD-400 1.0ppm。
Based on the Blast Furnace Gas washing water quality did not reach the standard required that it was the block of Davy tower jet orifice, deposit corrosion and collapsing of cooling tower. We tested the chemicals function, influence and consumption through the Chloride, Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC), ZMT-642 Polymeric Flocculants and ZMD-400 Scale-corrosion inhibitor. The results showed the best Plan: ZMT-642 1.0 - 1.5ppm, ZMD-400 1.0ppm.
