手术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症37例疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 退行性腰椎管狭窄症发病率近年有上升趋势,多见于中老年人,病情复杂,严重影响患者生活,多因反复发作而手术治疗。2006年7月至2009年1月我科经手术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症37例,疗效满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1．1一般资料37例中男24例，女13例，年龄43-75岁，平均57．5岁；病史3-11年，平均56个月。患者均有腰痛、下肢麻痛症状及不同程度神经源性间歇性跛行，
