摘要
为了合理地设计出两段燃烧炉,组织良好的燃烧过程,必须充分了解炉内气流结构。为此,笔者根据相似理论专门设计制造了一台两段燃烧炉冷态模化试验台。在试验台上对不同工况下炉内速度场进行了测量,分析了炉内气流结构,同时还研究了二次风引入方向和一二次风量比对炉内气流特性的影响。最后,在实验基础上,通过一些简化和假设,对炉内气流的流动情况作了理论分析,并与实测结果进行了对比。
In order to design a SCB (staged combustion boiler) chamber rationally and obtain an efficient and intensive combustion, the fluidflow in the chamber must be thoroughly grasped. For this purpose, a special simulator of SCB chamber is designed and developed in accordance with the principle of similitude. Based on the experimental results, the fluidflow structure in the chamber is analysed, and the secondary air inlet direction and the effect of the ratio of the primary-air to the secondary-air on the performance are also studied. Finally by means of a few simplified assumptions a theoretical study is made on the fluidflow in the chamber and comparisions are carried out with the experimental results.
