摘要
以管理信息系统的开发为背景， 总结出Ｗｅｂ 数据库的工作原理， 提出了一种在Ｗｅｂ上发布数据库的设计方案， 并且给出了其实现过程。
In the background of management information system,working theory of Web database is discussed and the design principles of issuing database on Web and its realization procedure are proposed.
