摘要
以Ｃ院校园网为背景， 阐述了校园网计费管理的总体策略、整体结构以及处理过程。同时着重叙述了基于ＩＰ流量的校园网计费系统的原理、功能、工作流程以及实现方法。
The tactics and structure of campus network accounting management based on C Institute campus network are described. The principles, functions, working process, and implementation method of the campus IP based accounting system is presented.
