本文介绍船用主机缸内零部件状态监测研究的试验和分析结果。文中阐明了发动机机身振动激励源的基本特征和活塞撞击引起的机身振动特性,对缸内部件在不同状态下表面振动信号的特征进行了分析讨论,指出利用机身表面振动信号判断活塞组与缸套的配合状态是可行的。

The Paper describes the results achieved by the study and experiment on the monitoring of the parts inside the engine cylinder, describes the basic characteristics of the exciting source of the engine vibration and the nature of the engine vibration caused by piston slap, analyzes the characteristics of the vibration signals of the inside parts in different conditions, and finally points out that it is feasible to judge the fitting of the piston group and the cylinder liners through the vibration signals of the engine block.
