摘要
为IP电话运营商提供完整的网络管理和清算/拆帐系统的IP电话国际联盟组织及国际结算中心,目前有ITXC,GRIC,iNOW及AT＆T等几家.VoIP运营商间一般不直接结算帐务,只是通过联盟的清算中心或拆帐机构进行,目前它们需要考虑设备互通、业务多样化、市场透明性及后方管理机构等几方面的问题.
The function of international alliances and clearing house for the global IP telephony is introduced at the beginning of this paper. Then the operating mode of VoIP services are discussed and the major problems to be considered and solved by carriers are proposed, including equipment interoperability, service diversity, market transparency and rear management organizations.
