摘要
VoIP计费与综合管理系统的提供方式有两种:设备供应商提供或第三方软件开发商提供,中国的三家VoIP试验网对两种方式都有选择,典型方案分别为Command Center和 iPhonEX.由于该系统存在着英文界面等方面的不足,所以中国在经营IP电话业务时,应考虑满足丰富的业务提供方式、灵活的收费方式等需求.电信级VoIP系统的计费与综合管理是电信级VoIP系统的服务支持中心,满足灵活的资费政策并提供完善的服务体系.该系统由数据中心、认证中心、计费中心、结算中心、用户管理、信息统计、客户服务及营业系统、网管中心等8个子系统组成,采用分布式管理模式,支持多级多域的体系结构,具有足够的可扩展性和灵活性.
[n this paper, the billing systems deployed in the three domestic VoIP trial networks are analyzed and compared. Their defects are also discussed. The essentials that should be satisfied by the billing and integrated management of the VoIP system are proposed. In this paper, the framework of billing and integrated management for the carrier -level VoIP system is proposed. Billing and integrated management is the care support center of the carrier - level VoIP system, satisfying flexible tariff policy and providing perfect service system, including eight modules such as data center, certification center, billing center, clearing center, user management, information statistic, customer care and business system and network management center. The distributed management mode is adopted and the multi - level/area framework is supported with excellent scalability and flexibli-bility.
