Design and Realization of Second-Order DDOFA-MOS-C Continuous-Time Filters

本文采用DDOFA为基本模块，成功地设计出了二阶连续时间MOS—C滤波器。并对DDOFA派生出的基本电路及其用它们来设计滤波器的方法进行了详尽的探讨。对设计出电路的PSPICE仿真给出了满意的结果。

Based on the basic building block DDoFA the Second-order MOS-C Continuous-Time Filter has beendesigned successfully. We also, in detail, discuss circuits derived from DDOFA (Differential Difference Operational FloatingAmplifier), and the methods of designing filters by them. Simulation result using PSPICE for the designed DDoFA circuit isgiven satisfactorily.
