Progresses of Researches on Photonbiology and Photonmedicine in China——The Sixth Chinese Symposium of Photonbiology and Photonmedicine Was Held in Kunming

光子生物学和光子医学是用光子来研究生命的新兴交叉学科，近几年来蓬勃发展，成为国际光学界和生物医学界广泛关注的热点。第６届全国光子生物学和光子医学学术研讨会于１９９９ 年７月２７日至８月２ 日在昆明召开。会议展示了我国在光与生物组织的相互作用、光生物医学检测、光子生物医学临床应用、光子动力学效应和生物化学效应、生物组织发光。

Photobiology and Photomedicine are newly developing and intersecting subjects that research on life by means of photons.In the recent few years,flourishing Photobiology and Photomedicine have been the topic of general interest and concern in the field of optics and bio medicine.The sixth Chinese Symposium of Photobiology and Photomedicine was held successfully in Kunming during the period from 27 July to 2 August 1999.Significant progress was achieved in a variety of primary divisions such as Photo tissue interaction,Photodynamic effect and biochemical effect,Biophoton emission,Photo biomedicine engineering,Monitoring of biomedicine,and Clinical application of Photo biomedicine.
