摘要
本文提出了用一套数字存储示波器和PIN光电二极管组成的测试系统的设计思想,继而以重复频率为20 Hz的激光脉冲为例提供了设计方案。该系统能同时测量重复频率为20 Hz的激光脉冲的脉宽和能量。在有效地解决光电信号转换、数据传输及数据处理等技术问题的基础上。
In this paper we advanced a design idea about a real time measuring system which composed of an oscillograph and PIN photoelectric cell detector,using this system pulse width and energy of high repetition rate pulsed laser can be measured simultaneously.Also this system solves some technical problems effectively,such as transform of photoelectric signal,data processing and transmission.Thus,we can obtain pulse width and energy of every laser pulse in the sequenced laser pulses of 20 Hz repetition rate pulsed laser.
