民族地区农村发展特色经济的制约因素分析——以湖北省长阳县、巴东县为例

An Analysis of Restraining Factors of Distinctive Economy Development in Minority Rural Areas——a case study of Changyang and Badong Counties in Hubei Province

民族地区利用自然资源优势发展特色经济,不仅增加了农民收入,还推进了农业产业化经营,发展特色经济是实现民族地区农村经济社会发展的重要途径。在民族地区农村发展特色经济过程中,面临着资本、人才、土地、技术、环境、组织化等瓶颈因素,这些因素极大地制约着民族地区农村特色经济的可持续发展。因此,实现特色经济发展的生产要素内化与优化、特色经济发展的生态化、特色经济发展的制度化与组织化,则成为发展民族地区农村特色经济亟待研究解决的问题。

To make full use of natural resources and develop distinctive economy in minority rural area,it not only increases the farmers' income but also enhances the industrialization of agriculture.It is an important way to realize economic and social development in minority rural area.In the process of distinctive economy development,there are restraining factors,such as capital,personnel,land,technology,environment and organization,which greatly restrict its sustainable development.To achieve its ecologization,institutionalization and systematization,internalization and optimization of production factors,are the urgent problems for developing distinctive economy in minority rural area.
