Reflections on Current Cadre Education in Ethnic Minority Areas——a case study of Baise City in Guangxi Province

本文基于在广西百色市①少数民族干部教育中的田野考察,借以了解少数民族干部教育的现状,分析当前存在的问题,并对加强少数民族干部教育提出一些建议和对策。

This paper,based on the field investigation of cadre education in ethnic minority area of Baise City in Guangxi province,aims at an analysis of the current situation and the problems of cadre education in ethnic minority areas,and makes some suggestions on strengthening minority cadres education with some countermeasures suggested.
