摘要
煤炭企业发展非煤产业的目的在于通过经济结构调整取得与煤炭产业间的协同效应,提高资源配置效率,增加煤炭产品的附加值。当前煤炭企业非煤产业发展迅速,在一定程度上也存在盲目涉足非煤产业、贪多图大、遍地开花、过度多元等现象。本文从做强做大做优煤炭主业、保持行业领先地位,实施煤、路、港、航一体化运营,煤电一体新的产业模式,以及实施煤炭产品的深加工和转化4个方面对神华集团的多元化发展模式进行了介绍。
The purpose of coal mining companies to develop non-coal mining business is to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and increase the value of the products from coal so as to achieve synergy with the coal industry through economic restructuring.Currently,the non-coal mining business of coal mining companies is on the fast track,but some companies has over-diversified their business to a certain extent that non-coal mining business is unrealistically operated,going in for grandiose projects without proper planning.The paper discusses the model of business diversification of Shenhua Group in terms of maintaining its position as a leader in the coal industry by further developing its coal mining operation as the main business;conducting integrated business of coal mining,road transportation,harbor operation and ocean shipping;a new industrial model of integrated production of coal and electricity;and coal processing and conversion for diversified uses.
