摘要
本文对计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)中的CAD/CAPP一体化进行了研究和探讨,并论述了所开发的轴类零件CAD/CAPP系统的工作原理、结构和计算机模型的建立方法。本文运用表面元素法零件描述模型,以特征技术(FT)为基础的图素拼合法以生成图形,提出“加工链”问题,通过搜索加工链使CAPP能生成零件的工序和工步。本文介绍了CAPP中以成组技术(GT)为基础的用样件生成工艺规程的方法,该方法与CAD中图素拼合有机的对应。通过样件的工艺,生成所设计零件的工艺规程。
This paper studies the integration of CAD and CAPP in CIMS and describes the principles, structure and computer model of the developed shaft part CAD/CAPP system, By using the part description model of the surface element method, this paper brings forth not only a method of drawing element combination based on Feature Technology so as to generate graphs, but also the concept of the 'process ing chain' . By searching the processing chain, CAPP can produce both the working procedure and steps of parts. Besides, this paper gives an account of the method for forming the process on the basis of group technique in CAPP, This method corresponds with the drawing element combination method so that the process of parts can be produced.
