摘要
本文通过在6135ACaB型柴油机运行工况的铁谱监测试验中,对小试样和同种材料金属颗粒的铁谱样片作了加热试验分析,并将试验结果与柴油机生成的实际磨粒的铁谱加热结果作了对比,在此基础上,提出了6135ACaB型柴油机磨粒的铁谱加热分折特征。此外,文中还讨论了铁谱加热分析法的原理、影响因素及应用特点。
This paper presents the features of the heated ferrogram analysis on wear particles generated on the 6135ACaB diesel engine. During the ferrographic monitoring experiments of the 6135ACaB diesel engine under running conditions, small specimens and the ferrograms of metal particles of the same material are heated and tested. Their temper colors on the heated ferrogram are compared with the wear particles generated on the monitored engines. Besides, this paper discusses the principles, influences and application features of the heated ferrogram analysis.
