摘要
目的:优选地桃花中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、溶剂量为考察因素,采用星点设计-响应面法,以地桃花中总黄酮的提取率为指标,优化地桃花的提取工艺条件。结果:确定最优提取工艺为55%乙醇,回流提取时间21 min,溶剂量17 mL。结论:优选得到的地桃花总黄酮提取工艺,方法简便。以此条件进行提取,可得到较高的总黄酮含量。
Objective:To optimize the extracting process of total flavonoids for Urena lobata.Method:Independent variables were ethanol concentration,reflux time,and solvent,dependent variables were extracting rate of total flavonoids.Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extracting process.Result:Analysis indicated that the optimum conditions were 55% ethanol,21 min,17 mL solvent for extractable conditions.Conclusion:The optimum process is simple and more convenient for extracting,by which higher total flavonoids content in Urena lobata L.can be obtaind.
