摘要
目的:建立制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱采用Alltech Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-缓冲液(0.2 g庚烷磺酸钠、3.5 g磷酸二氢钾定容至1 000 mL)(9∶91)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长259 nm,柱温30℃。结果:八角枫碱在0.024 95~0.499 g·L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率98.73%(n=6),RSD 0.915%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,专属性强,可作为制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法,以控制制八角枫的质量。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Anabasine in Radix Alangii Preparata by HPLC.Method:The chromatographic column was Alltech Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-buffer(0.2 g heptane sulfonate,3.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate volume to 1 000 mL)(9∶91) as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1;detection wavelength was at 259 nm;column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:Maple octagonal base was linear in range of 0.024 95-0.499 g·L-1(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average recovery was 98.73%(n=6),RSD 0.915%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,specific,and can be used as the system in the Radix Alangii Preparata method for the determination of Anabasine to control the quality of Radix Alangii Preparata.
