摘要
目的:建立芩百清肺浓缩丸中次黄嘌呤的高效液相含量测定法。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,色谱柱Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-水(2∶98),检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:次黄嘌呤在1.94~31.04μg呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.14%,RSD 1.28%。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确性和重复性好,可作为芩百清肺浓缩丸的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish the HPLC-DAD method for determination of the Hypoxanthine in Qinbaiqingfeinongsuo pills.Method:The separation was performed in a Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(2∶98) in a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 elution at 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Result:The linear range of Hypoxanthine was 1.94-31.04 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.14%,RSD 1.28%.Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable,accurate,which offers advantages of higher sensitivity and precision.It can be used for quality control of Qinbai qingfei nongsuo pills.
