摘要
利用起重机械常用的梁和轴一类结构的振动特性,可推证出此类结构固有频率主要与结构剖面典型尺寸分布函数和振型函数有关的规律。本文还运用准则法的优化设计思想,得出比较简单可行的一种优化方法——最小剖面法,这种方法要求初始设计点在可行域内。如果不在,须用频率修改公式把初始设计点移到可行域内,然后优化设计。
Through the vibration behaviour of beams and shafts of hoisting machinery, the paper proves a fact that this kind of structural frequency bears a relation with distribution functions both of typical size of structure section and of the vibration modal. Moreover, by the use of optimal design of criterion method, a simpler and more feasible optimal method is obtained. This method demands that the point of design be in a feasible range, otherwise the design can only be done with the equation modified by frequency and the design point moved to the feasible range.
