摘要
设计了一种由管翅式换热器和套管式换热器耦合而成的气液双源耦合式换热器,该换热器可以实现一种介质同时与气态热源和液态热源进行同步耦合换热。对该换热器进行了详细的介绍,并对其耦合换热特性及该换热器在耦合热源热泵空调中应用时的制热工况进行了的性能测试。研究结果证明,使用该气液双热源耦合式换热器的耦合热源热泵空调系统,气液双热源模式与单空气热源模式相比,制热量和COP均有明显提高,低温时性能提高更为显著。当空气温度为-15℃时,制热量及系统COP提高50%以上。
A dual heat source coupled heat exchanger was designed, which was integrated based on the fin heat exchanger and the double pipe heat exchanger. The synchronized compound heat exchanger could do heat exchange with gas and liquid heat source at the same time. In this paper, the coupled heat exchanger was described in detail, and the compound heat exchange per- formance and heating performance of coupled heat pump with the coupled heat exchanger were tested. The results proved, com- pared the air - liquid dual heat source with single air heat source, the heating capacity and COP of the gas - liquid,mode were all raised evidently, especially in low air temperature. When the air temperature was - 15℃, the heat pump heating capacity and COP of the air - liquid mode raised more than 50% than single air source mode.
