在当前的网络经济下,推动经济增长的力量不再是自然资源而是能够改变现有社会和经济关系的信息资源。作为当今信息化程度最高的美国近年来积极调整政策法规以适应信息社会和自身经济发展的需要。
The major driving force of the economic development under the network-based economy has shifted from the natural resources to the information resources that are changing the present social and economic relations. The US government has made adjustment to the policies as well as laws and regulations in an effort to meet the demands of the information society and the economic development.
