摘要
为处理好大流量漏斗式沉沙池的沉沙与排沙问题,研究较合适的沉沙及排沙体型,以大盈江漏斗沉沙池为例,研究了沉沙池整体流场,通过整流墩使工作段达到"静水"沉沙的流态。沉沙及冲沙的实验表明:有害粒组的沉降保证率大于80%。排沙孔口进一步优化后,排沙量与沉沙量达到平衡时,池内淤沙不影响沉沙池正常运行。漏斗式沉沙配合8条廊道冲沙的体型满足大流量沉沙池的要求。研发了一个基本解决大流量沉沙池的沉沙排沙问题的体型,为后续的体型研发工作提供了一条思路。
In order to handle the large diversion discharge funnel sedimentation tanks' sand precipitation and flushing and get an available body for sand precipitation and flushing,the authors study the flow field of the sedimentation tanks as an example of the Dayingjiang River,and chooses the adjusting body,which can make the flow state better for sand precipitation on working parts.The sand precipitation and flushing's experiment show that the reliability of stage to the hurtful sand fraction precipitation is more than 80%.After the flushing bottom outlet pipe has been optimized and while sand precipitation and flushing are equal,the sand accretion is not enough to affect the sedimentation tanks'running.The funnel sedimentation tanks and 8 galleries body can meet the requirements of large diversion discharges.An aviable body is found to hand the large diversion discharge funnel sedimentation tanks' sand precipitaon and flushing,and an idea of the body's impolder is offered.
