摘要
以韶钢5#烧结机为例,介绍了烧结工序用能模型的开发与能流结构优化情况。该模型包括物料平衡分析计算、能量平衡分析计算和火用平衡分析计算等模块,便于技术人员全面了解烧结工序的能量利用情况,并指导优化。尤其是通过火用平衡分析法分析工序的节能潜力与方向,结合实际工艺装备,研究分析节能技术方案,为韶钢进一步节能改造提供了依据。
Taking No.5 sinter machine of Shaosteel for example,the development of energy model for sintering process and energy flow structure optimization were introduced. The model is divided into material balance analysis and calculation model,energy balance analysis and calculation model and exergy balance analysis and calculation model, making it convenient for technical personnel to know the energy utilization condition of sintering process comprehensively,and to instruct optimization. In this paper, the process energy saving potential and direction was introduced especially using exergy balance analysis method, in combination with the practical process equipment, the energy saving technology scheme was studied and analyzed, providing basis for energy saving and reconstruction in Shaosteel further.
