莱钢股份炼铁厂链-回-环球团生产系统,利用自动预测加扰动校正法实现了智能配料和针对膨润土烘干烧损的自动补偿修正,使生产状况得到明显改善,球团矿产质量提高,能耗降低。
In view of grate-kiln-circular cooler pellet production system of iron-making plant of Laisteel, automatic prediction plus disturbance correction method was used to realize the intelligent proportioning and automatic compensation and correction of bentonite ratio based on its mass loss during drying. As a result, the production condition was improved remarkably, the pellet output and quality were increased and energy consumption was reduced.
