本钢一期氧化球团生产线自投产以来通过实施一系列技术改造,包括:精矿干燥系统、磨煤系统、布料系统、链箅机、环冷机改造等,以及采用HY粘结剂替代钙基膨润土等措施,使生产逐步理顺,实现了达产达效。
Since the start-up of Bensteel phase 1 pellet production line, through a series of technical modifications,including reconstruction of concentration drying system, grinding system, distribution system, grate and circular cooler etc. and using of HY binder to replace bentonite etc, the production has been going on smoothly, and the capacity and effect have been obtained.
