摘要 简要介绍了烧结余热发电技术及系统流程,提出了以余热有效利用率来评价烧结余热发电系统的性能。通过对不同工况下烧结余热发电系统的发电量进行理论计算和比较,同时考虑生产设备及运行限制因素,对烧结余热烟气参数进行了优化选取。通过建立烧结余热发电双压系统的热力模型,计算分析了主蒸汽温度、主蒸汽压力、低压蒸汽温度和压力及其选取对系统余热有效利用率的影响和变化规律,为烧结余热发电系统的优化设计与运行提供了较科学的依据。 The sintering waste heat power generation technology and its system process flow were introduced in the paper, and the effective waste heat utilization rate was proposed to evaluate the performance of the system. Through theoretical calculation and comparison of power capacity of sintering waste heat generation system under different working conditions,and in consideration of production equipment and running limitation factors, the sintering waste gas parameters were selected optimally. A thermodynamic model of dual-pressure system of sintering waste heat generation was built,and the main steam temperature and its pressure, the low steam temperature and its pressure, the effect of selection of these parameters on the waste heat utilization rate and variation rules were all calculated and analyzed, which can provide scientific basis for optimal design and operation of sintering waste heat power generation system.
