摘要 本文以MZ—1000埋弧焊电源外特性控制为例,主要研究了以单片微机实现电源外特性控制的策略及软、硬件实现方案,建立了弧焊电源的数学模型及关系式,并设计了一套线路简单、控制功能强的单片微机控制系统。 The way of controlling arc welding machine is rather backward in China. Today, with the rapid development of microelectronic techniques, it would be a significant job for the single—piece microcomputer to be introduced in controlling the process of arc welding because of its characteristics of function control and low prices. This paper deals with the application of single-piece microcomputers in the control of arc welding power. The mathematical formula of the power established on the basis of software for controlling the power of arc welding is also given in the paper.
