摘要
利用硅胶吸附色谱和凝胶渗透色谱结合净化的方法,实现了对降尘中有机氯农药和多溴联苯醚的同时分离净化,有效地避免了降尘中干扰物质对有机氯农药和多溴联苯醚检测时产生的干扰.在优化的条件下,浮尘样本中有机氯农药和多溴联苯醚的添加回收率分别在65.8%—115%和58.6%—112%之间,检测限分别在0.002—0.011 n·gg-1和0.001—0.102 n·gg-1之间;实际样本中代用标准TCMX和EO-5277的回收率分别为72%—129%和50%—89%.建立的方法可以用于环境降尘样本中有机氯农药和多溴联苯醚的净化分离.
Here,a method based on silica gel chromatography and gel permeation chromatography for the separation and clean-up of trace polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) and organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in dustfall was developed.The method was effective in reducing the matrix interferences to the target compounds.Under optimum conditions,the spiked recovery of OCPs and PBDEs in dustfall was 65.8%—115% and 58.6%—112%,respectively,and LODs was 0.002—0.011 ng·g-1 and 0.001—0.102 ng·g-1,respectively.The recovery of surrogate TCMX and EO-5277 in real samples was 72%—129% and 50%—89%,respectively.The main parameters of the method and recovery of surrogate in real samples showed that the method allowed the reliable investigation of environmental dustfall samples.
