基于网络地理信息服务的水务综合管理应用

Integrated Water Affairs Information Management Based on WebGIS Service

水务一体化管理涉及"水安全、水资源、水环境",对信息整合共享,有效支撑基础管理和公共服务提出了新的需求。应用ArcGIS Server创建在线GIS Server,利用地图配置,地理信息服务瓦片制作、发布、应用等技术,实现了上海市水利、供水、排水等行业部门的专题数据,与Google Map,AOS等网络共享资源在"一张地图"上的汇聚融享及集成应用。通过在防汛保安、水资源管理和区域专题等方面的集约化应用实践,提高了综合服务水平,降低了建设和运维成本。

Integrated water affairs management concerns with water security,water resources and water environment,which makes new demands on information integration and sharing,effective support for basic management and public service.With technologies of on-line GIS server established based on ArcGIS server,map arrangement as well as execution,issue and application of GIS information service tile,data aggregation,sharing,integration and application of Shanghai municipal water resources,water supply,drainage industries are realized with network sharing resources of Google Map,AOS on ＂one chart＂.Intensive application in flood control security,water resources management and regional topics has improved integrated service level,and cut down the cost of construction,operation and maintenance.
