摘要 本文对液压马达低速域内摩擦扭矩非线性的描述函数进行了推导,并以QXMSE50轻型斜盘式轴向柱塞马达为具体研究对象,用计算机在奈氏图上实现以描述函数法来分析液压马达系统的低速稳定性,通过幅频特性图能直观地说明液压马达系统中各参数变化对马达低速稳定性的影响,探求避免液压马达低速不稳的可能途径。 The describing function of nonlinear friction torque in low speed range of a low speed high torque hydralic motor is studied in the paper. Tests have been conducted in a QXMS—E50 swashplate axial piston motor. The low speed stability of hydralic motor is analysed by means of describing function and the Nyquist contour with the aid of a computer. The effect of the parameters in hydralic motor system on the low speed stability can be well indicated by the amplitude—frequency characteristic figure. Efforts are made to search out the ways to avoid the unstability of a hydralic motor in low speed range.
