摘要
三聚氰胺甲醛树脂脱水后和多元醇混合,然后用异氰酸酯与混合物进行交联反应,生成聚氨酯/三聚氰胺甲醛树脂复合泡沫。热重分析结果表明,复合泡沫失重分为3个阶段,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)型三聚氰胺甲醛树脂复合泡沫的第2阶段的失重峰温比甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)型三聚氰胺甲醛树脂复合泡沫的高。采用Kissinger法研究了该复合泡沫的热分解动力学。结果表明,试样M-40、M-70的热稳定性优于试样T-40、T-70,试样T-20的热稳定性优于试样M-20。
Melamine formaldehyde resin after dehydration and polyol were blended, and crosslinked by isoeynante then composite foam was synthesized. The thermal stability of foams modified by polyurethane was studied by thennogravimetric analysis (TGA) , and the results indicated that thermal degradation of the modified foams had three stages. The second decomposition temperatures of the foams modified by MDI type were much higher than the second decomposition temperatures of the foams modified by TDI type. The results from the kinetics analysis of thermal degradation indicated that the thermal stability of M-40,M-70 was better than the thermal stability of T-40, T-70 ; the thermal stability of T-20 was better than the thermal stability of M-20.
