幽门螺杆菌对胃粘膜损伤机制的实验研究

ANIMAL EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE PATHOGENICITY OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI

实验采用ＨＰ 活菌悬液，制成大鼠ＨＰ 损伤性胃炎模型，以便观察ＨＰ 对胃粘膜的损伤机制。结果表明：实验组与对照组比较，胃粘膜损伤指数增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５） ，胃壁结合粘液量明显降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０１） ，胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２ 和ＳＳ 的含量降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０１） 。说明幽门螺杆菌对胃粘膜防御系统有明显的损伤作用。

The aim of the experiment is observing the mechanism of injury of Helicobaeter Pylori(HP) on the gastric mucosa Rats were dividcd into two groups:cxpcrimcntal group and control group HP was given to experimental group The results indicate that:HP can increase the gastric mucosal injurious figure,reduce the gastric mucus Content(GAM),reduce biosynthesis of prostanglandin E 2(PGE 2) and somatostatin (SS) of gastric mucosa It is showed that HP can significantly injure the protection systemof gastric mucosa
