25例克罗恩病手术治疗分析

25 cases of surgical treatment of Crohn's disease

目的探讨克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)的临床及手术治疗特点。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年12月收治的25例CD患者的临床资料。结果 25例CD患者均行手术治疗。行小肠部分切除术16例,右半结肠切除术3例,回盲部切除术2例,末端回肠切除+升结肠+横结肠+降结肠切除及回肠乙状结肠侧侧吻合2例,左半结肠切除术1例,穿孔修补及腹腔引流术1例。结论手术治疗是CD重要治疗手段,须根据患者情况选择不同术式。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and surgical therapeutic outcomes of Crohn＇ s disease（CD）. Methods From Jan 2000 to Dec 2010, 25 cases of CD were analyzed retrospectively. Results The surgeries were successfully performed in all cases. 16 cases underwent partial enterectomy, 3 cases underwent right hemicolectomy, 2 cases underwent ileocecal resection, 2 cases underwent terminal ileum resection and ascending colon and transverse colon and descending colon resection and side to side sigmoid-ileostomy, 1 case underwent left hemicolectomy, 1 case underwent perforation repair and peritoneal drainage. Conclusions Surgery is an important treatment for CD, The project of the treatment should be individuated.
