摘要
本文采用计算法和试验法对6200GZC船用柴油机球墨铸铁曲轴表面裂纹扩展寿命及其检修周期进行了探讨。结果表明,过渡圆角表面含有缺陷的球铁曲轴,只要控制其初始裂纹尺寸,确定其检修周期,即能较好地预防故障,保证使用可靠性,达到提高球铁曲轴成品率和经济效益的目的。
Through calculations and tests, this paper carries out researches into the surface crack propagation life and overhauling cycle of the nodular iron crankshaft of 6200 GZC marine diesel engine. The results show that, by bringing the original crack size under control and having overhauling cycle of the crankshaft determined, failure can be avoided so as to ensure the reliability of the machine, thus achieving the aim of raising the product rate as well as the economic benifits.
