JY-1低频戒毒治疗仪治疗阿片类物质依赖临床观察

INHIBITORY EFFECTS OF JY-1 LOW-FREQUENCY DRUG TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR OPIOID DEPENDENCE

目的:观察JY-1低频戒毒治疗仪控制阿片类物质依赖患者戒断症状的效果。方法:本试验为随机、开放、对照试验。试验组使用JY-1低频戒毒治疗仪治疗,对照组使用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪治疗(HANS-200 A);共72例阿片类物质依赖患者进行躯体脱毒治疗,每组36例,疗程10 d。观察指标:(1)生命体征、体重;(2)渴求量表评定;(3)戒断症状量表评定;(4)焦虑量表(HAMA)评定;(5)不良反应、合并用药。结果:两组患者经过10 d脱毒治疗,戒断量表、焦虑量表(HAMA)、渴求量表评分均明显降低,尿检吗啡均为阴性,睡眠时间延长(P>0.05),两组组间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:JY-1低频戒毒治疗仪在控制阿片类物质依赖患者的戒断症状、焦虑情绪以及渴求等效果与HANS-200 A类似。

Objective：To observe the inhibitory effects of JY-1 low-frequency drug treatment apparatus（JY-1） for opioid withdrawal symptoms.Methods：Seventy-two opioid dependent patients were randomly divided into two groups and treated by JY-1（test group） and HANS-200 A acupoint nervestimulator（HANS-200 A,as control） for controlling opioid withdrawal symptoms（open trail） for 10 days.The following were done in the clinical observation and evaluation：（1）vital signs and weight;（2）Craving Scale;（3）Withdrawal Syndrome Scale;（4）Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）;（5）adverse events and concomitant medications.Results：After 10 days treatment,the scores of withdrawal syndromes,anxiety and craving declined in both groups,showing no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Like HANS-200 A,JY-1 can effectively control opioid withdrawal symptoms in opioid dependent patients with anxiety and drug craving.
